GROUP RESERVATIONS

Great, you and your friends are going skydiving! Talk about crushing that bucket list and bonding over a breathtaking activity.

Now, we get it, booking for a group can sometimes feel like a lot of work, but we’ve got your back! We’re here to make this skydiving reservation experience as smooth as possible.

 

What time slot to book?

Any time on our calendar that has sufficient slots for your group will work. Large groups usually take up several time slots. So if you have a group of 12, and the website shows 6 slots per hour – you can book two consecutive time slots (say, 6 people at 9 am, and 6 people at 10 am). You can arrive and check in all together at the earlier time slot (in our example, that would be 9 am).

We recommend booking large groups earlier in the day. Early mornings tend to be less busy and the wait times tend to be shorter. Morning bookings also allow a little more flexibility with weather (if we have to wait out some clouds).

 

How do we make a reservation?

Depending on your group size, there are different ways to do it.

Just one thing to keep in mind for any group reservations: we charge the full price of the jump tickets when you book. (No deposits).

For groups of 2-4 people:

Make a reservation online(opens in a new tab), or call us to book.

You have two options: either collect everyone’s money and book everyone in one shot, or have people book themselves in for the same date and time using your group ID. You will have a group ID assigned when the first person books. You can find it in your confirmation email. To book with a group ID, click the little “Join a Group” link under our booking calendar.

For groups of 5-9 people:

Make a reservation online(opens in a new tab), or call us to book.

For groups of 5+, please use the coupon code GROUP to apply the group discount. This discount can also be applied if people book individually, but will be arriving and checking in together.

For groups of 10+ people:

For groups of 10+ people, please email us for current rates and instructions. Please note that the 10+ rate has to be prepaid in one single transaction for a minimum of 10 people, and is non refundable. If you’re not sure how many people you will have, and you’d like people to pay individually, and have an option of getting a refund – please make a regular reservation online.

What if we can’t jump due to weather?

We have a very flexible rescheduling policy due to weather. If the forecast is looking rainy, you can call us to reschedule ahead of time, or you can wait until the day of your jump to see if the weather clears. Sometimes the forecast is wrong, which is why we don’t usually make any official weather calls until the day of your jump.

Your jump tickets can be used until the end of the calendar year.

FAQs

There’s no limit to the group size. Large groups just have to split up into multiple airplane loads. We usually have up to 3-4 tandems per plane on weekdays, and 4-6 tandems per plane on  weekends. Please note that these numbers can never be guaranteed and, though we always try to accommodate as many tandems as possible on each plane, it always depend on instructor availability.

Groups can take up multiple time slots. You can book the available slots at the time you want, and the remaining slots at the next time slot. Your entire group can still arrive and check in all together, and we will treat you as one group.

Yes, people can book and pay individually and still be a part of the group. To do that, you need to click the “Join a Group” link under our booking calendar. You will need the Group ID. You will have a Group ID assigned as soon as the first person in your group makes a reservation. You can find the Group ID in their confirmation email.

You can still make a booking for the people that are confirmed, and add more later. You can apply the group discount online if you think you’ll have 5 people or more. If you book with a 5+ discount and end up having less people, we will just charge you the difference on site. Note that the discount can only be applied online. We can not apply the discount after the reservation has been made.

No problem! If you booked for the same time, you can just check in together and let us know that you are one group.

Group bookings made through our online reservation system fall under our standard refund policy: refunds are possible within 60 days of payment, with a processing fee of $30 per transaction (not per person).

We’re pretty flexible, just give us a call at least 24 hours out and you pick any other date that works for you. Your jump tickets can be used until the end of the calendar year. If you end up rescheduling to a date with a higher rate (for example, from a weekday to a weekend), you would have to cover the difference.
