• Gift certificates are non-refundable.
• Jump tickets are refundable within 60 days. A $30 processing fee applies to all refunds.
• Prices can change any time without notice.
• All jumpers must be at least 18 years old on the day of the jump.
• Each jumper’s weight must be under 250 lbs to jump. There is a $20 surcharge for anyone who weighs between 220 and 250 lbs, paid at check-in.
• Rescheduling is allowed at any time, however, jumpers may have to cover the difference in the ticket price (for example, weekday vs weekend rate, or when rescheduling to the next calendar year).
• Each jumper must sign a legal waiver of rights to participate.
• Each jumper must present a valid US state-issued photo ID or a passport. No foreign driver’s licenses OR copies/ photos of an ID will be accepted.
• Military / Student ID is required for Military / Student discounts.
• Jump tickets and gift certificates not redeemed during 2 years after purchase are considered forfeited.

• Identification: Verification of a valid government-issued photo ID (required at check-in).

• Media: Photos and videos taken during your skydiving experience by our staff or videographers.

• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and cookies used to improve website functionality and analyze traffic.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Process and manage your reservations and gift certificate purchases.

• Ensure safety compliance with FAA and USPA regulations.

• Verify legal age (18+) and identity for liability waivers.

• Send booking confirmations, safety reminders, and occasional marketing updates (you may opt-out at any time).

• Display or provide you with the photos/videos of your jump.

3. Information Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share your data only with trusted third parties necessary to operate our business:

• Service Providers: Software platforms used for manifesting, waivers, and email communications.

• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety and rights of our staff and customers.
